Introduction
An update on where we are so far.
Prior to the start of their executive terms, the 2022-2023 Executive Board had a lock-in to plan out their goals as an executive board for their terms. These were the results of the lock-in going into Winter Quarter. The goal of this lock-in was to set up Cal Beta Alpha for success.
Here at the University of California Irvine the goals were to better themselves, better campus, and continue to better Cal Beta Alpha as a whole. The lock-in allowed the new Executive Board to become closer going into each of their respective terms as the new leaders of the chapter.
All Positions on the new Executive Board came up with new goals to strive for during the upcoming Winter Quarter.
- The President launched a new point system to help participation and accountability for the brothers in the chapter.
- The VPSLC was working with the previous VPSLC in order to get the chapter’s SLC accreditation.
- The VPP was laying the groundwork and planning for our annual philanthropy SigEp Safari.
- The VPMD planned a Brotherhood Lockin at the SigEp house with thrilling activities for the weekend.
- The VPF was working on establishing new payment plans for dues.
- The VPR was working on planning Winter Rush.
- The VPC was working on changing our bloated Instagram and making it more official.
- The Chaplain was laying the groundwork for the rituals taking place during the quarters.
Together the Executive Board filled out a Google Calendar to help themselves and the Chapter stay up to date and involved in their goals and other upcoming chapter events.
